Welcome to the South Carolina Department of Transportation's (SCDOT) Claims Management System.
This system is designed to allow citizens to efficiently file new claims against the SCDOT,
review their existing claims and communicate with individuals involved in the process of the claim investigation.
IMPORTANT:
If this is your first time filing a claim, you must first create an account in order to register as a new claimant and be able to log into the system for future updates.
You may do this by entering your first and last name, your email address, and a username and password of your choice in the 'Register New Account' box on the left.
After entering this information click the 'Register' button to continue to the SCDOT Online Damage Claim Form where you will begin the process of submitting your claim.
Password Guidelines
Passwords must be at least 14 characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
For added security, passwords expire every 365 days. After 5 failed sign-in attempts, your account will be locked for 15 minutes before automatically unlocking.
